Installation is subject to location, under-sink setup, and service availability. We may contact you to check photos before confirming the appointment.
Service Overview
Professional Installation Service is a separate paid option if you would like your Aquello under-sink reverse osmosis system fitted by an engineer.
After your order is placed, we may contact you to check your installation address, under-sink setup, and installation conditions before confirming the appointment.
What’s Included
Professional installation usually includes:
- Fitting the Aquello RO System under the sink;
- Connecting to the cold water supply;
- Connecting to the sink waste pipe;
- Fitting the dedicated drinking water tap;
- Connecting the system tubing;
- Checking the power connection;
- Flushing and testing the system after installation;
- Basic guidance on using the system and replacing filters;
Before We Confirm Installation
Before confirming your installation, we may ask you to send photos of the area under your sink.
A suitable setup normally requires:
- Access to a cold water supply
- Access to the sink waste pipe
- Enough space under the sink for the Aquello system
- A nearby power socket
- Safe and reasonable access for the engineer
If your setup does not look suitable, we will contact you before confirming the installation.
What’s Not Included
Professional installation does not include:
- Major plumbing work;
- Electrical work or installing a new socket;
- Repairing existing leaks;
- Replacing damaged pipework
- Modifying cabinets or worktops;
- Moving kitchen appliances;
- Fixing unsuitable existing fittings;
If additional work is needed, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

This service is for Aquello RO System installation only. Installation is subject to location, kitchen setup, and suitable installation conditions.
If your kitchen setup is unsuitable or the installation cannot be completed safely, we will advise you on the next steps.
